Meet Dr. Korey

A woman with two young boys in a field during sunset, one boy sitting on her shoulder and hugging her, the other standing and hugging her waist, all smiling.

Dr. Korey Sheridan, D.C.

Dr. Korey was raised in a small Kentucky town before moving to South Carolina to attend Newberry College for her undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She then graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2019 and moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee to open a family practice in 2021. She now has 3 sons who keep life full of fun and adventure.

Dr. Korey's chiropractic passion lies with prenatal and pediatric care which inspired her to obtain further certification in the Webster Technique to assist with proper pelvic alignment and nervous system function during pregnancy, obtain certification in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy through the Gillespie Method for newborns, children and adults, attend additional training for pediatric chiropractic care with the Pediatric Experience, and pursue doula training through the Harbor Birth Institute in Nashville. Dr. Korey loves helping families achieve their health goals by maximizing the connection between the brain and body through a well-adjusted spine and the release of fascial tension. She believes that the union of Craniosacral Fascial Therapy and Chiropractic care truly awakens the body to full health and healing.

"I have witnessed the benefits of chiropractic care alone and those solely from CFT. In my experience, both are successful in achieving health goals, but when combined, CFT and chiropractic care allow the body to heal faster and maintain wellness longer. Together, they allow us to address the body as a whole: nervous system, fascia and muscle restrictions, held emotions and trauma. It is amazing to see how quickly the body responds when we take away the root cause of what is holding it back from optimal health." - Dr. Korey
