  • Craniosacral therapies are generally considered low‑risk and noninvasive, but there are certain situations where treatment should be avoided or delayed. According to medical and clinical sources, CST should not be performed when conditions involve instability, active bleeding, or abnormal pressure within the brain or spinal cord.


    Situations where craniosacral therapy is contraindicated:

    • Acute stroke or acute cerebral hemorrhage

    • Active aneurysm or other cerebrovascular conditions with risk of bleeding

    • Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak - A CSF leak compromises the protective layers around the brain and spinal cord, and CST should be avoided until medically cleared.

    • Recent skull fracture

    • Recent epidural procedure

    • Conditions involving abnormal CSF pressure, flow or buildup


    When therapy may simply be delayed:

    Some conditions aren’t absolute contraindications but require medical clearance or a waiting period before beginning treatment. Examples include:

    • Concussion with active symptoms

    • Brain swelling

    • Chiari malformation (requires an experienced practitioner)

  • First, we will collect some basic information and then email new patient forms to be completed online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A new patient appointment lasts approximately 75 - 90 minutes. An oral history will be taken while reviewing your intake. Each session starts with a Brain Cycle count to establish a starting baseline and track objective progress. Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is performed followed by a gentle chiropractic adjustment. Exercises may or may not be given based on individual basis. Lastly, we will schedule a 1 week follow-up appointment to maintain progress and initiate the momentum required to achieve your goals.

  • An existing patient appointment lasts approximately 60-75 minutes including 60 minutes of CFT and a gentle chiropractic adjustment. Each session starts with a Brain Cycle count to establish a starting baseline and track objective progress. Exercises may or may not be given based on individual basis following discussion of symptom and goal progress. Lastly, we will schedule a 1 week follow-up appointment to maintain progress and initiate the momentum required to achieve your goals.

  • We offer concierge Craniosacral Fascial Therapy and chiropractic care, bringing gentle, whole‑body support directly to your home. Without a traditional office location, we provide care where your family feels most comfortable—creating a calm, convenient, and personalized experience designed to help you and your children thrive.

  • We do NOT accept any health insurances. However, if you'd like to use your benefits, we can provide a medical superbill you can submit for potential reimbursements. We DO accept HSA cards, cash, and major credit cards.ption
